New at this. I have a date field that is showing all pound signs because it has a default null value if it is not populated.  How do I get the null date to show as blank when there is no value?  Example:  I am creating a benefit information file, and I need to send active staff and staff  who have terminated since the last file.  As you can imagine, only a few people have a termination date.
