Quote GrisCorp Replybullet Topic: Sub-report details appearing in Page Header

I have a report designed in Crystal Reports XI R2.  It is a recipe card for a compound used in another recipe.  This report has functioned fine since it was created over a year ago.  Now for only ONE recipe it is malfunctioning.

I have:
Report Header (with name of report)
Page Header (with compound name and description)
Group Header #1 (with text field column headings)
Details (with database fields for first part of recipe)
Group Footer #1 (with totals for first part of recipe)
Report Footer a (with subreport 01 for second part of recipe, if any)
Report Footer b (with subreport 02 for third part of recipe, if any)
Report Footer c (with subreport 03 for fourth part of recipe, if any)
Report Footer d (with subreport 04 for fifth part of recipe, if any)
Report Footer e (with subreport 05 for sixth part of recipe, if any)
Report Footer f (with subreport 06 for grand total of all recipe parts)
Report Footer g (with subreport 07 for part notes, if any)
Page Footer (with filename of report)

The report is duplicating only the part number from the details section from subreport 01and printing it above the Group Header.

Then when when subreport 06 processes, it omits the subtotal of the second recipe part.

So I end up with:
Report Header (with name of report)

Page Header
(with compound name and description)
     Details
(with only first recipe part number from subreport 01)
Details (with only second recipe part number from subreport 01)

Main Report Group Header #1
(with text field column headings)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
     Details
(with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Main Report Group Footer #1 (with totals for first part of recipe)

Report Footer a
(with subreport 01 for second part of recipe, if any)
Subreport Group Header #1 (with subreport part name)
          Details
(with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Subreport Group Footer #1 (with totals for subreport 01 part of recipe)

Report Footer b
(with subreport 02 for third part of recipe, if any)
Subreport Group Header #1 (with subreport part name)
          Details
(with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Details (with part number, description and weight of ingredient)
Subreport Group Footer #1 (with totals for subreport 02 part of recipe)

Report Footer f (with subreport 06 for grand total of ONLY Main Report part and subreport 02 part.)

Page Footer (with filename of report)

It's difficult to explain without being able to show it, but I am unable to insert an image; I get an "Access Denied" error.

Does anybody have any idea what would cause this?  It is only this one recipe doing this.

did you check your source data for that recipe to make sure it is in order and not corrupted in some manner?

I checked the recipe components and the quantity of one of the unused fields was blank for the two components that were printing above the Group Header.  I added the 0.0000 that is in all the other unused fields and it fixed the problem.
