Is anyone familiar with Service Manager Editions, my company has just been upgraded to 5.27 recently and now some of teh Crystal Reports doesn't work properly. SME is pointing to the correct address where the reports are in our C:/ but we had problems where the reports are printing out on landscape even though preview and settings have it on portrait.  We are currently using Crystal Reports IX.

My colleague has checked the margins of the reports and now we have problems where the field is not coming through the report even though we have checked it when we set the datasource. There's data in the tables so I'm slightly confused.
