I am designing a report that shows material usage in a given quater.  My equipment may have the same part number, but it may vary between new and used.  My current report looks as follows:
 
 
Part Number          Condition            QTY  
123                            New                   1
123                            New                    1
123                      Refurbished              1
123                            Used                   1
534                             Used                  1
534                            Used                   1
 
This how I would like it to look:
 
 
 
Part Number          Condition            QTY  
123                            New                   2
123                      Refurbished             1
123                            Used                  1
534                            Used                  2
 
How can I achieve this?

Hi,

1. Create a Group on Part number and then again create another group on Condition Field.
2. Right click on the QTY field and select Insert -> Summary
3. Place the Summary in Group footer 2
4. Place the Detils section fields (Part Number and Condition) in Group Footer too.
5. Hide GH1, GH2, Details section and GF1.
