i am using this formula in date column

if {AT;1.shift} = 'O' then crblue
else if {AT;1.Remarks} = 'ABSENT' then crred


when shift is o then date column show in blue but when remarks is absent date column dont show in red why ?

you could try altering the formula to something like this to test:
if {AT;1.shift} = 'O' then crblue;
if {AT;1.Remarks} = 'ABSENT' then crred;

worth a try
