You're not going to be able to do this inside of Crystal unless you create a second report off of the same command that has no formatting and would display like it would in an Excel (data only) export.
However, there are a couple of options:
1. The user could just export to Excel data only from within the Crystal Viewer.
2. Create a web page (.aspx or .jsp depending on what your application is written in). In the web page use the ReportDocument class from the Crystal Reports SDK (.NET or Java as appropriate) to open the report without the viewer, export the report to an Excel file on the webserver, and then open the Excel file so that the user can see it. You would also have to have code that runs periodically to delete the Excel files generated by this process.
