good day! can you help me? my Crystal report form viewer is failing to load database information, but yesterday when we view it in the server it's ok. now that we are using different PC to view the report there is always a message saying that "failed to load database information Error in file POR20002{...}{...}.rpt

Is the database client for the type of database you're connecting to installed on the new PC? If you're using and ODBC connection, is that setup on the new PC?
