Dear all,

I'm trying to display mutliple data records on the group footer section of my report. Thing is, i totaled(in GF-2a) all the data records, with a few exceptions from the detailed section of the report and i would like to display the exceptions not included in the total (and suppressed in the details section) in the GF-2b (group footer 2b).

Problem is, even without supressing any data records on my GF-2b section, it only displays the last data record from the detailed section and cannot display multiple records.

Is it possible to display multiple records on the group footer section or do i have to use a sub-report?

Thanks in advance. rgs,

the group footer is 'attached' to the last record in a group...so there is only 1 data record.

if you are just displaying a list of items or invoices, you could build a shared variable that you can then display in the footer

or the subreport (though a subreport will slow down the report...it just may not be noticable)

I opted for the subreport option after all.

Thanks for the input nevertheless.
