HI,
I am passinga value from a subreport to the main report but then want to using the passed value in a runnung total formula, but wont accept. Does anyone know of a workaround?

so i have this formula in the subreport WhilePrintingRecords; Shared StringVar activeevent := if {#RTotal1}>0 then 'Yes' else if {#RTotal1}=0 then 'No'
this in the GF2 in main WhilePrintingRecords; Shared stringVar activeevent; activeevent+activeevent
and i see my data but i have a running total that uses DatePart ("d",{RECORDED_SERVICE.STARTTIME}) =1
