Can anyone tell me how to avoid a record if a field is repeating ??
eg..
Field 1 Field 2
Ord 1010
INV1010
ORD1010
inv1011
ord1022 inv1012
ord1033 inv1013
In the above I don't want to appear ORD1010 2 times eventhough invoice no. is not repeated.
thank you.

Hi
Go in Section expert and select the section where you have these details and click on Suppress formula editor and give the follwoing condition :
{Field1}=Previous({Field1})
Note : Your previous and current row field values should be same, then only the above works.
Thanks,
Sastry
