Hello
 
I want to compare two formula  @Number and #toalCorD and if @Number is less than #totalCorD then LOWER else HIGHER
 
is this possible?

Yes in most cases, unless if there is any specific issue:
IF {@Number}<{#totalCorD} THEN 'LOWER' ELSE 'HIGHER'
