Hi,

I have another query i need to try and do. Basically I need to have a text field that will suppress if another field returns a specific value of data. For example

If (Depot) = 'Reading' Then Suppress
If (Depot) = 'Bracknell' Then Suppress

The idea is that ill have 2 text fields on top of each other, and either one or the other will be used depending on the value returned by Depot.

Any ideas? :)

Hi

Right click on the text object and go in format text--common tab--suppress-- formula editor and give the condition :

if {depot} = 'Reading' then true else false

Follow the same with other text object.
Thanks,
Sastry
