Hi, I'm using CR 10.

I have a Cross tab like the following

disabled    Not Disabled    total
2              8                     10
20%         80%                100%

basically, what I want to do is hide the percentage figure if the numerical figure is below 5.  i.e.

disabled    Not Disabled    Total
2              8                     10
                80%                100%

is this possible?

thanks
Craig.

Yes, it is possible.

Right click on the field (2) and go in format field --Suppress --Formula editor and give the follwing condition

Whileprintingrecords;
numbervar x;
x:=Currentfieldvalue;

Now righ click on percentage field and go in Format field--
Common Tab--Display string -Formula editor and give the following condition.

WhileprintingRecords;
Numbervar x;
If x < 5 then
" "
Else
Currentfieldvalue

Thanks,
Sastry
