Hi
Can someone help me with the formula I need to achieve the above
For example
field1, jon brown (don't highlight)
field1, james (highlight)

right mouse click on the field and select Format Field
Select the Border tab
to the right of backgroup click the x+2 button
type the following code
IF InStr ({fieldname}," ")=0 then cryellow else crnocolor
