Does Crystal report allows restricted access to just one or two reports?

For example, a team member runs crystal for sales Report. Is it possible that his access be restricted to only that report and he cannot access another part of the database or table?

not using CR alone.  if you have an application, you can security there, but CR by itself doesn't know/care who the user is. CR assumes that if you can run the program you can have access.

A thought that just came to mind, if you store the report in a directory where you control the access to the reports, but it won't stop acess to the tables in teh database that the report is looking at.

#Lockwelle, that is exactly my concern. If you have access to a table in the report, you can access the entire table creating a different report since you already have the password.
