I have an email report that generates time spent responding to emails. right now each email does not have its own unique identifier so i created a queue_start formula that works great. If the same person emails again teh queue_start time resets and new time frames for that email are calculate. I am trying to avoid having seriously skewed email counts if the customer doesn't send another email for 6 months but the selection criteria only goes off the date the original email was received.
