I have reports that access several tables in different databases. When the users access the reports from the Business objects viewer built into an application we use, the user is prompted to log in to the OBDC connection as many times are they are different data bases used. Is there a way to allow the user to only have to put in the username and password once instead of multiple times

If they are using multiple odbc connections, I willing to bet the answer is no...CR doesn't know that they are allowed on all connections, and so it asks.
as for how to only have 1 login...write a stored procedure. It is in one database and have it access the tables in the other databases. CR only sees the one connection, and so only asks for 1 verification.
