you know how you can create a link on a field on the report that when clicked opens another webpage? is there a way to program to make the link open a specific webpage.

So lets say this report will be viewed by 4 different locations. So when location A runs the report and clicks on the link it will take them to "Webpage A". But when location B opens the same report and clicks on the same link it will open "Webpage B".

Hopes this makes since.

Please help
Thanks

Do you have the web locations in a table somewhere or will you just calculate them based on the variable?  Also, which version of Crystal are you using?

I am using Crystal 2008. I can put them in a database table. But I don't know how I would be able to grab them?
What I guess I am looking for is somethng like:
IF @Facility = 21 then
If @Facility = 25 then

something like that. So when the user click on the field it will do the above and go to the correct website.

I am new to Cyrstal Reports so please forgive my ignorance.

Thank you for your help

No problem!  This is actually fairly easy.

1.  Select the object on your report that you want to use for the hyperlink.
2.  Right-click on it an go to "Format..."
3.  Click on the "Hyperlink" tab.
4.  Select "A Website on the Internet" for the Hyperlink Type.
5.  Under "Hyperlink Information", click on the button to the right of the text box.  This will bring up the formula editor where you can enter the formula for which website to use - instead of separate IF statements, you'll need to either use If...Then...Else If...Then etc. or you can look at using a Switch statement.
