i am new to crystal reports and created a report with no detail lines - just group footer 3 - when it shows on the screen everything is right, when i export it to a txt file - eveything is fine. when i export to a CSV the line will duplicate
i have a product type - starting location, ending location , number of items for that location pair - call this loc-counter
if loc-counter is 5 i get 5 lines when it goes to csv - but not when i choose txt - any ideas on what i am doing wrong
my work-around is to make the file a txt and hard-code commas between each field
