Hi all,

I want to display No. of records in a page in Page header from subreport in Crystal Reports using Crystal Report Formula.

I want to use the this number in formula. So I need to get No. of records in current page  before printing.

Thanks,
Himanshu Bhensdadia

can't. not unless you run the subreport and suppress it prior to printing...
which will make your report slower since you are reading a subreport at least once possible more.

to get the value from the subreport, use a shared variable.
to run a subreport and suppress it, you need for the subreport to 1) not display any fields , 2) for the section that the subreport runs in, you need to go to section expert and select suppress blank sections.
