I have an IE browser user
who ran into a "Security Warning" dialogue box while tryinig to print a report running from the server. It said:
Do you want to install this software?
Name: Crystal Print Control
Publisher: SAP AG
And then asked if they wanted to install it. Nothing we did would allow him, thereafter, to print (although he could using any other browser). We "reset" his IE browser, but still nothing.
