Click on the "Insert Picture" button on the insert tool bar or choose "Insert Picture" from the Menu Bar.This will launch the "Open" dialog box, Use the "Look In" drop down to select the folder into which you have the graphic saved. Select the desired graphic from the list of files and folders displayed , then click the "Open" button. Then you can click into the section where you want to insert the picture.
