How can we hide the report header from the report viewer when we export to excel.

you might try exporting just the data.  If that doesn't work, the only option is to not display the report header in the report.
 
We have very little control over exports.

There is anyother way to add option to hide the reportheader  in the crystal report viewer . when we export to excel.
