However to allow me to pass the currentceusername to the SQL command to filter records it in actual fact a subreport inside a container.

 

So,

 

Main (Container Report)

VV

Current CE User Name Field

VV

Sub-Report (My Report)

 

The user doesn't need to see the container report, it only exists so I can declare the currentceusername as a value in a parameter of the subreport.

 

Is there a way to make Crystal open the subreport from the outset so the user doesn't have to drill down into the subreport to then be able to drill through the different levels of the subreport?
