Hi
I am working on a report where the group headers are as follows:

GH1: Hospital Admission Type
GH2: Responsible Doctor
GH3: Patient ID (patients of above Dr.)

In the details section I have set 'Suppress (No drill-down)' with a formula to hide any values that are 'FALSE'.

Group headings (GH3) for the patient ids that have all 'FALSE' values are still appearing, how can I hide these headings and just show headers where there are entries appearing in the details section?

Thanks in advance

Create a summary equation that keeps count of only those records that are True. You should then be able to suppress the Group Headers where the Summary equals 0.
