I have a formula called 'AreaNames'.  This formula reflects data from an Access Database, and renames a column called 'Area' (which contains about 25 different names).  For instance one of the entries in this formula is:

else if {New_Inventory.Area} = "authorization"
then "Authorization"  (<--new Area name in Crystal)

My question.  There is a particular a document, called "QIC", which is actually broken down further by another field called, Sub-Area.  I need help writing a formula that will first reflect the 'Area' (QIC) then group it by 'Sub-Area' (Requests or Effectuations), and return a new 'Area' name (QIC Requests or QIC Effectuations).

Please help.
