We would
like to run Crystal reports automatically on weekly basis and archive them for up to 13 months. We believe Crystal has the feature to save and recall archived reports
right within the tool. The archived reports has to be deleted once the report ages past 13 months. Thanks in advance for your responses.

sounds like an application or batch processing issue.
either you would name your reports a certain way or place them in a certain directory. Either way, once the 13 months have passed, you would have you script or application delete the files.
Otherwise, saving a report as a report and recalling it I wouldn't think would be an issue.
