We are running an ASP.Net 2003 web application on a windows 2003 server with the crystal 10 .net runtime package installed. The crystal reports we have run perfectly for a while and then all of a sudden stop. We get this error when try to Open the report.

CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.CommLayer.InProcAdapterMonitorClass.GetConcurrentJobCount

What is strange is that there is nothing on Google for this error. Do you have any idea what it is from? We were running on a win 2000 machine for over 5 years and never saw this issue. We moved to the new machine set up exactly as the old one was and all of sudden this error pops up periodically. It basically shuts our site down because reports are an important part of it.
