Hello CR Pro's,
I could use someone's expertise for this predicament.
Here is my crystal report data for subject stops and traffic stops:

Field 1          Field 2            Field 3
Stop Type.....1st Officer......2nd Officer
Subject..........#1...................*null
Traffic...........#2......................#1
Traffic...........#3......................#4
Subject..........#4...................*null

Creating a crosstab of the data results with

Officer.........Subject............Traffic
#1.............
#2-
      #1.........
#3-
      #4..........

I need to create the following summary of the data in CR:

Officer........No. Subject Stops.....No. Traffic Stops
#1........................1....................................1
#2........................1....................................0
#3........................1....................................0
#4........................1....................................1

Any help appreciated,
DP

use the property in the report to treat nulls as 0?

the other would be to create a stored proc and to physically insert a record of 0 for each entry so that everyone would always have an entry.
