Hello

I'm writing a report that produces a document for each award that is given to somebody. at the moment where it finds two awards for the same person it is displaying them on the same page and i want it to put it on a new page, the only thing that is unique to each record is the sequence number. how can i get crystal to do this?

sorry if i haven't explained very well!

basically if person 12345678 has two of a particular record seq 001 and seq 002 i need a new page to be created each time.

let me know if i'm being a complete moron or if you need any more info!
Thanks
Esther

One Newbie to another...Can you group by the emplyee and then by the sequence?  That should put each employee and sequence combination in its own group

if each item is to be on a separate page...always, you could create the grouping (just to put like things together) but you don't need to.

On Section Expert for the detail section or the group(if you use one), you can put a check in the New Page Before...each record/group will be on its own page.

Hello

May just be me but this doesn't seem to be working, i've already got it grouped by customer code and then sequence and it's still doing. Checking the new page before is inserting a new page before it displays any records and then still showing two records per page.

Any other ideas? Sorry
