you could try to create a formula like if {date.field}in date(12/11/2011 12:00:00) to
date(12/11/2011 13:00:00) then "12-1" else if {date.field}in date(12/11/2011 13:00:00) to
date(12/11/2011 14:00:00)then "1-2"
then group on this formula put clm received.field and clm shipped.field(as running totals or summaries) on group header, suppress details and should work.

from the above example there should be only one group header. but if you have another group that is used for days(group on days first hours second) then you place the crosstab into the group(2) header
