when +/-1  then CrYellow
 
when +/_2 then CrRed

Thanks for your reply @DBK412.
 
I tried the Highlight expert.
 
I used the in between condition for +1/-1  then CrYellow
 
abd the not between condition for +1/-1 then CrRed.
 
It still does not work as i intended.
 
Please anybody suggest.
