I'm attempting to format the date and I get a warning that the ')' is missing. See statement below:
 
{PTLTODO_DISPOSTATUS.RELEASEDATE} > ('31-12-2010 11:59:59'',' 'DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS')

Try

{PTLTODO_DISPOSTATUS.RELEASEDATE} > ('31-12-2010 11:59:59') + ',' + ('DD-MM-YYYY HH24:MI:SS')

It looks though like your just duplicating the date.
