Hi!  I'm new to Crystal Reports having inherited an app that provides viewing of reports via the web. Our users appear to be seeing reports in 2 different ways.  Some sees it like the normal crystal viewer with the data export button and the navigation panel to the left.  Some don't have those and are limited to just page navigation and search.  Observed that the former occurs mostly on XP machines and the latter on Windows 7.

Is there a way, perhaps an active X addon, to make everyone view the reports with the download and navigation panels?
