	Is there a way i can view just the name, address fileds in the report while when export the report i should get name, address, phone, city, state , country. thanks

	No, but you can create a parameter that controls what is shown in the report (for example by suppressing/showing one of 2 detail sections). This way, the user can decide what version (detailed or summary) should be rendered and then export.
