Crystal Reports Logon Failure on Load()

Message

     Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with loading the report document,

Here's the relevant code lines in VB.net:

Dim oRpt As New CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument
oRpt.Load("C:\Test.rpt")
oRpt.SetDatabaseLogon("testuser", "pword")

The Test.rpt is connecting to a database using the login details "testuser", "pword". The weird thing is, when line 2 "oRpt.Load("C:\Test.rpt")" is executed, the DB server logs an Audit Failure.

Question is, why does the report try to connect to the DB when the SetDatabaseLogon() hasn't even been set? Just loading the rpt file connects to the server?
