am a newbee to crystal all the way down from the Kingdom of Tonga, i just used crystal over the past 2 months and i found it very insteresting and useful to my job. anyways, i am running an report on extracting data of those patients that were readmitted to the Vaiola Hospital. i grouped it by the hospital numbers and did a count of the admission number to get how many patients admitted once, twice and so forth even up to readmitted 12 times. my boss demands a report that would extract only the readmitted only but to tabulate it like this as shown on the attached file.

 

please help!!:):)really need a help, crystal is not really used here in Tonga and as the only person using crystal, i have no one to get further help, only through google and a friend from australia who introduced this to me. since i'm using this great help, feedbacks and your other comments will be greatly appreciated.

these are the wards and the 1,2,3 etc are the frequency of admissions by year..
