Our vendors just told us that our reports that we're creating in Crystal Reports are all coming out in RGB color, even though they were created using black and white in the report. Due to the significant cost difference and time consumption, I am looking to figure out how to make it so our reports will export to grayscale (black and white) rather than RGB.
We have tried to change the default printer settings to black and white, we have tried changing the default printer to a black and white printer, we have tried to go to the page setup and choose "No Printer". All of these attempts have not worked.
Does anyone have any suggestions for getting our reports to export to grayscale rather than RGB? Thanks in advance!
