Hello
I am new to this form and to crystal reports. I am trying to run a report on an Excel spreadsheet with about 53000 rows.
Column A is Customer ID
Column d is Procedure code.
Each row contains an individual visit with the Customer Id and type of Procedure(PP SP TP DP TD)
The customers may have had different procedures on different vists.
I would like to show only customers who only have done the (SP) procedure and no other procedures are listed for that Customer Id.
I am hoping someone can steer me in the right direction on this.
 Thanks for any help.

I assume you have successfully created a report to the excel sheet and can display all the information.

To filter information, you would use a selection formula.
In the menubar, go to Report --> selection formulas --> record select formula.

Then specify what records you want to see. Any record that evaluates to the boolean True will be shown while others will not.

ie: to show anyone who has done the SP procedure you would write sheet.{procedure column} = "SP"

However that formula would most likely not be enough to determine whether they've "only" done that procedure so you would need different logic to figure that out.
