I have a report. I am calculating lease per year, and have calculated till 20 years.

Now i want to calculate the leases for post 20 years.

 

e.g.

 

Lease Start Date: 04/21/2011

 

Lease End Date: 04/20/2055

 

Current Lease calculated for 20 Years is Upto 04/20/2031

 

Now need to caluclate the Lease from 04/21/2031 to 04/20/2055 (Lease End Date)

 

Kindly Help on the same.
