My problem is, Im trying to create a Request Vendor Quote Report a little background of the tables is i have my RVQ ID can have multiples lines and for each line i can request a quote to multiple vendors, but each vendor can give a quote by qty breaks, Example he can say if you buy me 100 pieces the prices is $5.00 but 200 pieces is $3.75. Ok

now im creating a report that grouping for each line in the RVQ(Request Vendor Quote)
and grouping by qty breaks give the price and vendor, i have all the information display correctly but i want that for each qty break the first vendor will be the one with the lowest price.
Example.
RVQ ID = test
   Line
         1     Part1     Qty Breaks:   100                  200                    300
                                    Vendor1    5    Vendor2  3.75    Vendor1  2.00

Etc..

any idea of how to accomplish this
