I have inherited a CR report generator that needs a couple of tweaks to get it up up and running properly.
It is used to monitor progress of work orders and reports on the time taken to fix snags.
Work time is from 0800 - 1700 Mon - Thurs and 0800 - 1500 Fri.
The system is set up for work time 0800 - 1700 Mon - Fri so there are inaccuracies.
Is there a way I can account for the shorter work day on Fri?
The system accounts for no work on Sat and Sun.
The problem is that if there is a snag opened on Thur AM and closed Mon AM, we gain two hours on the total time to fix which throws target times out.
Any ideas please.

Are you doing a day-of-week to rule out Saturday & Sunday?  WEEKDAYNAME function.

If you are excluding those two days, can't you repeat the WEEKDAYNAME to set work hours for Mon-Thurs, and then FRIDAY?

Thanks for replying.
I've managed to sort it using a DO While loop
