	Hi, I am working on Crystal report developed using the Universe.I am working on CR-12.1 version.. Is there any way to remove the preselected values from the prompts everytime the report is refreshed? Thanks Ishu

	Crystal Reports gives the option to select new parameter or use the old values when you refreh the report. Does it not show when you run the report.

	If you're using LOV's and/or prompts that are built into the universe, there is no way to do this - this is how the universe works. -Dell
