I manage a large number of reports (CR9.0) and i was wondering if there's a method for retrieving the stored procedure(s) used by each report without having to open the rpt template (i.e. by reading the binary file)

i'd like to create a list with all the stored procedures used so when i need to change or drop one of the stored procedure i can quickly identify which reports will be affected.

Thanks for any input.

what I did for a 1 of report like this,

Download the sample exe for rptInspector.  It can read the reports and display a list of all sorts of neat stuff.  It seems like it could be a useful program, if you have a need of doing what it was designed for.  My company didn't need it, so I haven't looked any further than the free trial.
