I am having some issue with Crystal Reports 8.5 with Windows 7 using the ActiveX Viewer from an ASP web on IIS 7.0 version. When we execute a report the viewer appears grayed out but, you can export the report okay. Is there a solution for such a case?

I would like to upgrade to the latest version of Crystal Reports but, unfortunately the time frame for my project is very tight and going through an upgrade at this time is not practical perhaps in the next few months.
