	Hi, Am using crystal reports 8.5.The issue here is ,eventhough am having only less records,the total at the top of the report is displaying wrong.It shows more no of records. Total at the top of the report near to printer icon and export icon.

	Are suppressing any details? Just because values are suppressed they are still 'present' and can be counted. Also if you have any duplication of the data and doing a count verus a distinct count, that can throw a record count off.

	if you have any suppress condition on the details secion, it won't give correct count, so you should use distinct count method.
