Hi All,
In my report there are 3 groups ..
1st group:name
2nd group:age
3rd group:region 
and i want to sort by region and then by name..
 
i am trying to do in record sort expert but the buttons are not enable..
 
PLZ can anyone tel me how to sort by using formula or by other way???

Place your group in the order you want the report to sort . Move group:region to the top.

try to help.
 
you can change the group by right click the group and change it
 
or
 
1. create a formula contains:
    (assume: region_var is string)
    xx=region_var + name
2. make a group based on this formula (xx) and delete the field
3. put the region_var on the group section
    so it will print the region only (without name)
