Thank you for providing direction. After a few modifications to my formula, the report works great and the counts look good so far. The only last thing (HOPEFULLY!!) that I need to address is the blank columns. When there are no episodes that qualify within a period, the column is skipped and it does not display. I need to figure out how to make the column display with the appropriate date and zero as the count.
