You're not going to be able to show all of the parts in both workorders without spaces where the part numbers don't match. For example
WO1 WO2
101 101
102 103
103 104
105 105
Instead, it will appear like this:
WO1 WO2
101 101
102
103 103
104
105 105
To get this format, group on the formula I gave you for grouping and put your data in the group header (not in the Details.)
