So i have this 2 criteria formulas which works perfectly thanks to you. I only displays students who owe money in our current fiscal year which is what i wanted.. @Fiscal Debtor= """ if {AccountActivity.Transaction date} in DateTime (2010, 07, 01, 00, 00, 00) to DateTime (2011, 06, 30, 00, 00, 00) and {AccountActivity.Transaction type}="Charge"then 1 else 0 """" the other one is @Sorter= """" if {AccountActivity.Transaction type}="Charge" then {AccountActivity.Extended amount} else if {AccountActivity.Transaction type}="Payment" then {AccountActivity.Extended amount}*(-1) else if {AccountActivity.Transaction type}="Credit" then {AccountActivity.Extended amount}*(-1) else 0 """"
So right now if i was to delete the group formula under edit selection formula which is ""Sum ({@Fiscal Debtor},{AccountActivity.Full/organization name}) >= 1.00 and Sum ({@Sorter}, {AccountActivity.Full/organization name}) >= $1.00""
I get everybody that owes us money from 2002 until today but if i go back and apply that group formula then i get students who owes money from july 7/2010 until today, which is fine. What i wanted to setup multiple groups or separate groups which groups or sorts the student that owe us money per fiscal years
so fiscal year 2011, they owe us $23,000 fiscal year 2011, they owe us $17,000 fiscal year 2002, they owe us $34,000
